8. No Liability Clause

Our no liability clause covers all damages from platform use. We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive harm. Virtual currency loss, data loss, and revenue impact are excluded. Discontinuing services is your only available remedy.

9. Termination Discretion Clause

Our discretion to terminate or suspend accounts is absolute and requires no prior notice. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Service interruptions, modifications, and account terminations warrant no compensation whatsoever.

10. Dispute Communication Path

The communication path for disputes starts with contacting our support team through website channels. Expected response timeframe is 5-7 business days. Good-faith negotiation is the mandatory first step in any dispute resolution process.
